SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

For in Person Sales: If within 7 days for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and we'll help you find a paint you love or you get your money back.

Important: For exchange / reimbursement, artworks must be in the same exact condition as they were by the time of purchase. If we consider that the artwork is not in optimal conditions, it won't be possible to exchange or return it.

If framed, that amount won't be returned.

ART SERVICES

We provide personalized art consulting. We take the artwork/s to your space where you can try it and see how it looks.

 

Delivery and installation are included only in LA Area and surroundings.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

All artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.

This certificate will show:

  •  Artwork image

  •  Title / Year

  •  Technique

  •  Artwork measures

  •  Artist signature

FREE SHIPPING:

Shipping in the US is free. Your order will ship within 7 days. IMPORTANT: Artworks will be shipped in a tube for free. If you want your artwork to be shipped stretched please contact the gallery so that we can quote it and tell you the cost. Until the shipping cost is not fully paid, the artwork will not be sent.

Shipping times range from 3-12 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for these items will be based on weight and size.

IN STORE PICK-UP option:

You can choose to pick up your artwork from the gallery by filling the form with a valid California address. Then you will be able to select the option.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL US, EXPEDITED SHIPPING, AND SPECIAL REQUESTS:

Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost. We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping. Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us to: art@theloopartgallery.com with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to. Shipping times range from 3-12 business days. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

If the artwork arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact: art@theloopartgallery.com with your order number for further instructions.

can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. Please contact: art@theloopartgallery.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Once the order is shipped you won't be able to cancel it.
